I was pondering on this a few hours ago,

After I was finished shopping, I started home.
When I got 20 miles away from my house I saw
signs that read “Go Bearcats” and “Bearcats Rule” and “Welcome to
Bearcat Counrty”. You see, the highschool football
team in my town was in the playoffs.
They had a game that night. I thought to
myself, man what a spirit booster, ya know.
To have people cheering like that for you,
what a feeling. Then, I started thinking….’
throughout the season, I didn’t see 20 miles of
signs like this… just because it’s
the playoffs they get all of this attention?
What about all of the other games?
Why were there not 20 miles of signs posted
then?
So, naturally I thought about business.
What would it mean if you were patted on the back
and cheered and encouraged the
entire time you were learning the ropes?
What kind of a difference would that make?
When you have a downline or a group under you
cheer for them, encourage them, celebrate them…
WHY?
Because it will motivate them to give more…
more of their time & more of their efforts.
Who doesn’t need cheering?
A little goes a long way.
