She’s a poet and didn’t know it!
I found the best way to start and stop my busy day,
is to do yoga. EVEN if it’s only for 10 minutes, you’ll
be refreshed and ready to start your day, or end it!
It’s hard for me to fall asleep, but when I do yoga for a few
minutes, I am wiped OUT from just being sooo relaxed!
Try it, before a busy day…
you’ll think clearer, and ideas will flow in like NEVER before!
(ps. carry around a notebook as much as possible to write
down the ideas that come to you, awesome videos and articles
were born by unexpected IDEAS!)

Yoga and If I would start my day with prayer! I like the idea of a notebook. I have not heard that one since my college days when I was preparing for internship.
