My Trundle bed story

If you want something bad enough – YOU’LL find a way!

Sometimes what you learn from the things you do, is more important than the THING you did – Me.

Alright I sat out on a mission to make my son a bed.

We bought a new matress and box spring, so I said hey

why not a new bed!

We searched online and he saw a trundle bed and said “I love that one”

So I researched them, the most expensive one was $1100

the least expensive was $700.

So , instead..me being a lil sneaker when it somes to savin’ a buck..

designed a bed for him and here’s what I came up with:

Materials:

6 2×4′s

3 1×6′s

5 1×2′s

6 1×4′s

(all UNTREATED)

4 bolts – 4 1/2″ long 4 bolts – 3″ long

8 washers 8 nuts

hammer, saw, screws (I used drywall screws a drill gun is always handy)

4 metal brackets for the inside corners

He loved it sooo much, just like a homemade

card you receive from your kids.. It just MEANT more.

He got to help build it.. and I got to see his face when it was finished!

He learned how to build a bed.. for $50.. I learned the gratitude on HIS face was priceless

I found the best way to start and stop my busy day,

is to do yoga. EVEN if it’s only for 10 minutes, you’ll

be refreshed and ready to start your day, or end it!

It’s hard for me to fall asleep, but when I do yoga for a few

minutes, I am wiped OUT from just being sooo relaxed!

Try it, before a busy day…

you’ll think clearer, and ideas will flow in like NEVER before!

down the ideas that come to you, awesome videos and articles

were born by unexpected IDEAS!)

I received a phone call yesterday and it was from a man named “Bob” (the name has been changed to protect the innocent)

He told me how much he admired my unique qualities and my “down to earth” style. He had been watching me for a few months now and just had to call me and see what all I was into.

The conversation lasted 10 minutes.. and he immediately started talking about the money he didn’t have, the time he didn’t have and the list of stuff he was already in and HOW he

NEEDED… NEEDED

to learn how to build a website, if it took him a year!

I was silent for a few seconds then I said..

“Bob, to move fast you move slow.. to move SLOW you move fast.”

He said “what does that mean?”

I said..

“You have all these irons in the fire and ALL this stuff, that’s NOT making you a penny cause you don’t REALLY know what the hell you’re doing…

ON top of that..you NEED to learn how to build a website, cause all the GREATS have websites????…

AND… you wanna know why you aren’t making a killing promoting your links on facebook and twitter..

YOU are moving FAST and it’s taking you longer to learn the deal and make money cause your toooo busy MOVVVING…..

Besides..I know a bunch of marketers that NEVER EVER had a website and they made MILLIONS!

Next month Bob will be pitchin’ a new deal.. or in the clinker cause his NEW deal was a scam.. poor Bob, he has no clue…

I gave him the best 10 minutes of his life!
